The GHD3450T is a medium-voltage, high-speed three-phase gate driver for dual N-channel VDMOS or IGBT bridge circuits, featuring 5.5V–20V operation, 3.3V/5V logic compatibility, 2.0/2.7A sink/source current, a built-in bootstrap diode, and integrated protection for drone ESCs, power tools, cleaning tools, and personal mobility applications.

Built-in input/output bias resistor

Peak output source current: 2.0A@15 V; fall time: 20ns with 3.3nF load

Peak output sink current: 2.7A@15V; rise time: 35ns with 3.3nF load
